Best roofing company! I worked with Reese Rutherford and he was absolutely phenomenal. So knowledgeable, punctual, kind, anc overall pleasant. We had a repair quoted on a Thursday and had the repair done by Tuesday. That is fantastic in my opinion. The guys who came out to do the repairs were also top notch. Jeffcoat Contracting LLC is the best roofing company in Columbia. I worked with Chandler Sox and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my home insurance claim. I had several other roof companies not willing to do the intel report my insurance company required. Chandler did it with no issues and followed up to make sure I got the report for my home insurance claim. My favorite realtor, Ashley McGee, referred him to me and I truly appreciate both of them. Jeffcoat Contracting was referred to me by a friend that had used them and was well pleased. I called and Jacob came out and went in my attic  and climbed on my roof and told me exactly what my problem was. I had leaking in my attic but not inside yet. Jacob said water was coming  in around my dormers, chimney and roof vents. No damage to shingles was seen but they were 22 years old, so whole roof would need to be replaced. He had an estimate to me the next day and I agreed on color and told him to replace. The day came and there wasn’t supposed to be rain until late in the day, I woke up to footsteps on my roof at 6:15 am that day and they worked diligently all day, even through an unexpected rain shower. Had a few wrinkles but Jacob made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Roof was finished in one day.  I am so impressed with this company and their work ethics and employees. I can't say enough good things about Jeffcoat Contracting! Adam and Jacob were excellent, and the whole crew was polite, professional, and did outstanding work on my flat roof—one of the few companies around that specialize in flat roofing. Their quote was the best I received after shopping around. I work from home and happened to have a major Zoom presentation during the project, but they were incredibly thoughtful and checked in ahead of time to coordinate around the noise. That kind of courtesy is rare. Highly recommend!
